  • UNLIMITED amounts of meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts, vegetables (except potatoes), olive oil, unsweetened yogurt, heavy whipping cream, butter and unsweetened coconut cream.
  • 2-3 bars of ChocoPerfection a day (mostly the 50g DARK ChocoPerfection bars because I like this flavor best).
  • SweetPerfection in coffee and as a sweetener in yogurt, coconut cream, heavy whipping cream and homemade baked goods.
  • Avoid anything that is not listed above, especially sugar and artificial sweeteners that use maltodextrin, maltitol, Equal, or dextrin; all of these raised my blood sugar levels and stalled my weight loss.
